Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TheSinghStudios ("we", "us") handles information when you play our games,
including Rush Strike for Android (package com.thesinghstudios.rushstrike). By playing our
games you agree to this policy.
Information we collect ourselves
Rush Strike does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location. Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
Multiplayer. When you host or join an online race, our matchmaking server receives your device's IP address, the port used for the race, and the server name you choose, so that other players can connect to you. This information is kept in memory only while the race is listed and is removed automatically when it ends or expires. Our server logs may record IP addresses for security and troubleshooting and are kept for no longer than 30 days. Local (same Wi-Fi) multiplayer happens directly between devices on your network.
Advertising
Rush Strike is free and shows ads served by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process the following data from your device:

Google handles this data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland) you will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings (Settings › Privacy › Ads or Settings › Google › Ads).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with Google as our advertising provider, as described above, or when required by law.
Security
Data sent by the advertising SDK is encrypted in transit. Matchmaking data is limited to what is needed to connect players and is not stored permanently.
Children
Rush Strike is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and data deletion
Because we do not create accounts, uninstalling the game removes all game data from your device. To ask about, or request deletion of, any data related to you (for example server logs), email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days. Requests about advertising data can also be made directly to Google.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
